Level Up! Rookie DJ Sticker Series
For Journey’s special event featuring first-time DJs, I created the Level Up! sticker series to celebrate their first step behind the decks. A chick character represents each rookie DJ as they listen, practice, and gradually grow into a confident performer. Bold outlines and a high-contrast palette of yellow, brown, and pink give the graphics the immediacy of music stickers and record-shop ephemera. Distributed at the event, the stickers became small tokens of encouragement that guests could collect and take with them—extending the supportive energy of the party beyond the venue.
처음으로 DJ 무대에 서는 이들을 위한 Journey의 특별 행사에서, 그들의 첫걸음을 응원하는 ‘Level Up!’ 스티커 시리즈를 제작했습니다. 병아리 캐릭터는 음악을 듣고 연습하며 점차 자신감 있는 DJ로 성장해 가는 신인 DJ들의 모습을 상징합니다. 굵은 외곽선과 대비가 뚜렷한 옐로, 브라운, 핑크 컬러 팔레트는 음악 스티커와 레코드숍의 인쇄물에서 느껴지는 직관적이고 강렬한 인상을 담아냅니다. 행사에서 배포한 스티커는 방문객이 수집하고 가져갈 수 있는 작은 응원의 상징이 되어, 서로를 격려하는 파티의 분위기를 행사장 밖으로 이어갔습니다.
